About Us

Our Values
Build Relationships

Provide answers that matter. Make a difference. Be accountable. Say what can be done and do what we can.

Add Value

No job is too big. As one Ringley, none of us above any job at all. If it can be done, do it promptly, effectively and with a smile.

Take the Initiative

Listen, step up, reach out and check in. Continually improve ourselves and our service delivery. Engage Suppliers that follow our standards.

Ringley is an integrated tech enabled business: our tech never replaces people, it simply removes the processing so we can enrich their roles, pay them more and ensure they have time to care for our Customers. Over the years we have moved from being a proactive organization to one that runs predictive management systems. We are not afraid to engage with the wider community whether that be local Councillors, the police or MPs: using www.writetothem.com is a great tool!

If you google “complain Ringley” you will find our sub-site called “www.makeringleybetter.co.uk” Sometimes things will go wrong, but our focus is to “get it fixed” and I think the way we handle issues says a lot about us – we even have a money back guarantee. We are acutely customer focused which makes us a safe choice for the likes of Charities such as The Wellcome Trust and other institutions.
