Mary-Anne Bowring as Group MD has taken Ringley from a start-up to employing over 200 people and achieving the prestigious Investors in People GOLD Standard. Under her leadership, The Ringley Group has harnessed technology to add value to all living sectors: build-to-rent and institutional block management, e.g., the Wellcome Trust. She set up Work by Ringley, c200 workspaces in Camden Town, and invested in digital disrupters 'Virgin Land' whose digital platform sources land for developers large and small.

As co-founder, Mehdi is the Group Chairman and is responsible for strategic direction, funding, and partnerships as well as group property strategy. He also passionately leads people strategies, the wellbeing agenda so that we have a diverse and inclusive environment.

As Head of Research & Innovation Tom brings 20 years experience and a doctorate in systems too. Tom’s background is both as an academic at Nottingham University for some years and as a Product Owner with a strong technical background in full-stack development and expertise in UX and design. Tom will further the Ringley AI Agenda, we are already a data-led business and provide deep insights and data trends tracking for Clients, but there is more to do.

With a background in electrical engineering and logistics Karl has a passion for problem solving and property. He has grown with Ringley through the ranks over 6 years to be a valued member of the senior leadship team and becoming a Member of the TPI and IWFM re-enforcing the ringley core believes of education and promoting within.

Sarah Steel is a qualified accountant and acts as FD to support the MDs of each Ringley Group entity. She has been pivotal in furthering both the PlanetRent vertically integrated living sectors platform that tracks over 100 KPIs and provides robotic accounting and automates lettings for the living sectors. Sarah also provides oversight of client accounting procedures, internal audit, and service charge management.

Nichola is a Registered Valuer and Director of Valuations London, Nichola leads Client relations and mentors the team who provide valuations for acquisition, loan security and portfolio re-structuring. Our residential valuation team expertise covers all living sectors including residential development, investment valuations and valuations for owner occupiers.

Chris is a Registered Valuer and Head of Valuation, Chris supports institutions in portfolio valuations for balance sheet and tax purposes and helps Clients’ with their rent reviews to drive value. Chris has been a RICS APC assessor and spearheads our ‘Young Valuers’ programme.

Hannah is a Registered Valuer and Director of Valuations South. Hannah’s team cover in London and the South East with valuation expertise in development valuations, valuations for tax planning as well as valuations for loan security that are retail led mixed use, office and industrial sectors.
